During the elevate leadership masterclass, The coaching sessions were engaging, practical and highly impactful. The Elevate Leadership masterclass taught me to communicate positively as a leader using a “sandwiched” approach and avoiding mood-killing phrases like “the problem is.”

I attended the personal financial literacy program in 2020. Before the training, I didn’t have an in-depth knowledge on the topic. Ascenify coaches were able to decipher the various financial jargon into practical day to day steps one can take to improve their financial knowledge and implement in their lives. I enjoyed the trainings because they were practical with relevant examples. As a result, I was able to obtain 2 extra income streams as well as keep a financial journal to assess my money habits and improve. My biggest achievement was realized when I obtained a big asset that had previously seemed far off. I am forever grateful to Ascenify Uganda.

Attending the Elevate Leadership masterclass was a transformative experience that significantly impacted both my personal and professional growth. I initially enrolled to enhance my leadership skills of navigating complex environments and leading diverse teams. I have attended a few of the Ascenify Uganda training such as financial literacy, team dynamics and conflict resolution, Vision Board Creation- goal setting. Before the training I thought I had time until after the goal setting session where I discovered personal growth starts where you are. The vision board training guided me on how to track my progress. I am glad that I have been able to achieve some of my goals with the timeframe I set.

I attended the client retention Webinar/Training by Ascenify in 2021. Before the training, our company was not intentional on carrying out client retention strategies and proper KYC profiling. After attending the webinar, we adopted the value bombs and strategies they shared and have never looked back. As a result, we have increased our client retention by double digits by implementing some of the strategies. I was wowed by how simple and straight forward the training was. I equally loved the tone of the training. It wasn’t one that guilt trips neither was it condescending but rather warm, uplifting and solution focused. I attended the 2023 vision Board workshop. I had unrealistic goals and I think that’s why my visions couldn’t be fulfilled. However, after the training I was able to attain SMART goals, have a vision board and year planner to guide me. I have now been able to work on my time management despite the busy schedule. I have learned to plan my days or daily time such that all my duties and assignments are fulfilled. I have been able to improve my marketing skills towards my clientele, improve my record keeping of my debtors and suppliers plus my expenditures. I got more than I paid for in the class.

I have attended numerous trainings from Ascenify Uganda notably the goal setting and vision board creation as well as the financial literacy training. As a result of the above, I have tracked my career goals whilst managing my finances through a proper savings plan and viable investments. I attended the Elevate leadership masterclass cohort 101. It broadened my perspectives, teaching me that effective leadership requires understanding diverse backgrounds and cultures enabling me to get along with my teammates and managing those that I lead inclusively and without judgement.

I was one of those people who set goals, know what to do but somehow my goals never progressed as desired. The Ascenify year planner gave me the structure I needed to follow through on my desired goals and I must say, the previous year I achieved three major goals; Becoming debt free by midyear through documenting my expenses and working with a budget, getting a deeper-rooted relationship with Christ by reading the entire New Testament and finding a discipleship group. The weekly nuggets shared by the coaches in the support group kept me obsessed with staying on track. I am encouraged more than ever that I now can achieve my other long-term goals.

Life comes with lots of responsibility and activity. For my personality type, life aca be extremely overwhelming if not well structured. It took me a while to manage my busyness effectively until the coaches from Ascenify introduced me to the annual planner, specific goal setting and vision board crafting. Ascenify’s constant mentorship is invaluable. Today, I am able to track the progress of my goals with ease and achieve more in less time.

From the leadership Masterclass I attended, I learned how values and culture affect the performance of any organization as well as the role of an effective 21st century leader, their challenges and how to overcome them. I got to understand that everything rises and falls on leadership. Leadership is about leading your self first, empowering others and continuous growth. This new acquired knowledge is going to help me focus on Self Leadership especially on my strengths and the areas of development that could be getting in my way of growth. I was encouraged to continue learning through reading leadership books, working on being an ethical leader and embracing technology.

I had a dream of coffee farming but I was scared of starting, not until I came across the Ascenify year planner that I started working on the plan. I had some money to spend but I thought I would not make it. I planted 3 acres of coffee and 2 acres of banana plantation. I have started harvesting bananas.
