I have known Phillipa Byamah in a rofessional capacity for over a decade. Both as a work colleague and later one I worked with directly with her in one of the banks. Phillipa is a professional with high integrity. She takes an objective approach to work and has a very supportive leadership style that carries along the team to success. Phillipa has an entrepreneurial spirit that allows her to take calculated risk as well. She has great communication and training skills as evidenced by both the teams she has led and also as being a good example to peers. I would recommend her as a trainer.
