He is a young entrepreneur with over fourteen years of vast business experience. Jesse trained in Mechanical Engineering from Kyambogo University and worked as a Sales Engineer at Mantrac Uganda Ltd. On realizing that his real passion lay in motivational training, leadership, and entrepreneurship, he retired to venture into full-time business.

Jesse is a mentor, a life coach, and an expert trainer in leadership. He trains people to start and grow successful businesses and to become effective and influential leaders. He has facilitated trainings and workshops across the region, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa. He also facilitates trainings with Imagine Me Africa, a company that engages in Personal Development Training and Consultancy. Through these platforms, he has influenced hundreds of individuals across the world to become positive agents for change.
Jesse sits on the Board of the Ark International Schools and All Saints Cathedral New Field Nursery School, and he is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Kampala West. Jesse is also a proud member of Toastmasters International, an organization that empowers and nurtures individuals to develop public speaking, leadership, and communication skills. He is currently the Immediate Past President of the Bukoto Toastmasters Club. When he’s not leading and motivating others, he enjoys traveling and reading.
Jesse is married to Diana, and together they are blessed with two daughters, Ruby and Moriah.
