Stirling was born and raised in Zimbabwe, where he began his career with Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco. Over a ten-year tenure, he demonstrated exceptional growth, rising to the position of Sales Leader. In 2007, he moved to Uganda to join Leaf Tobacco and Commodities, where he successfully held the position of GLT Operations Manager until 2014. Driven by a deep passion for leadership development and change management, Stirling transitioned in 2015 to establish his own consultancy, Stirling Leadership, which specializes in these transformative areas.

Stirling is a certified trainer, John Maxwell coach, and speaker with the internationally renowned John Maxwell Team. He is highly regarded for facilitating impactful mastermind groups and has developed a suite of effective leadership tools.
Deeply committed to leadership and community building, Stirling is a founding board member of Acacia International School in Kampala and the founding President of the Muyenga Toastmasters Club. Additionally, he has served on the alumni board of the Institute for National Transformation, as well as Kanzu Code, one of the fastest-growing IT companies in East Africa.
